"I notice from your website www.pilotenbunker.de (under the signs section) that you are using
2 pieces of Osprey artwork, taken from Aces 20 German Night Fighter Aces of WW2.
This material is the copyright of Osprey Publishing and using it without our permission is a copyright violation.

As far as our records show you have not applied to us for permission to use this artwork,
and you therefore do not have permission to use it.
Please remove the artwork from your site within the next 7 days or we will take legal action.

If however, you want to continue using the material, you must apply to us in writing to do so,
and there are fees payable for the useage.
The fee would be £200.00 (two hundred UK pounds Sterling) + vat.
If you wish to proceed with an application then please contact me immediately, if not, then please remove the artwork. "

Benutzung ohne Erlaubnis ist eine Copyright Verletzung.

Nach unseren Daten wurden wir nicht um die Erlaunbis zur Benutzung dieser
Farbprofile von dir gefragt, von daher hast du auch keine Berechtigung
diese zu benutzen.
Bitte lösche diese Bilder inerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage, oder wir leiten rechtliche Schritte ein.

Wenn du dieses Material jedoch weiterhin benutzen möchtest lass es uns wissen,
des weiteren wird dann auch eine Gebühr fällig.
Die Kosten würden 314 Euro + vat. betragen.

Wenn du mit einer Nutzungsgenehmigung fortfahren möchtest lass es mich schnell wissen,
ansonsten lösche bitte die Bilder."

Ok, das war eine freundliche und faire Warnung, die beiden Bilder wurden
von mir gelöscht, 314 Euro sind auch nicht gerade ein Sonderangbot.

Ok, that was a friendly and fair warning, i deleted the two pics,
200 £ are not really a "special price" .
